Adds ComfyUI LatentSaver to the ComfyUI-Manager custom node list.

This node is a more convenient way to manage saved latents than the original built-in Save/Load Latent nodes.

It lets you save a latent after sampling, refresh ComfyUI, and load the saved latent again later directly from the output folder without manually tracking file paths.

Please write the node UI strings in English (currently the tooltips at latent_saver.py:51, :55, and :136 are in Korean).

For multilingual support, refer to the locale feature:
Comfy-Org/ComfyUI#6558

Thanks — I've verified the fixes at dfec799: the tooltips at latent_saver.py:51, :55, and :136 are now in English, and a repo-wide scan confirms no remaining Non-English UI strings.

Due to merge conflicts, I've added the entry for ComfyUI LatentSaver to custom-node-list.json directly, using the title and description from this PR.

Closing this PR — the nodepack is now registered.
